Chicago's most renowned community organizer decided to dabble in stand-up comedy by taking on an 87-year widow

President-elect Has “Biden Moment,” Rips 87 -Year Old Widow!

Nancy Reagan- Satire - Well at least we learned that our new president-elect has a sense of humor. Sort of. During his much-heralded first press conference since the election, Chicago's most renowned community organizer decided to dabble in stand-up comedy by taking on an 87-year widow.

His target was an American treasure, the widow of conservative icon and former president Ronald Reagan. Obama's zinger, which should have actually been fired at Hillary Rodham Clinton, caused a bit of a kerfuffel in civilized circles throughout Washington, D.C. So much of a kerfuffel, in fact, that the newly elected president was obligated to issue an apology in the form of the following release from spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter: "President-elect Barack Obama called Nancy Reagan today to apologize for the careless and off-handed remark he made during today's press conference." "The president-elect expressed his admiration and affection for Mrs. Reagan that so many Americans share, and they had a warm conversation." Tip for the new president-elect: Do NOT give up your day job--a successful comedy gig seems a "fairy tale," at best! Hope for Stephanie Cutter: Here's hoping you do not have to clean up after BOTH President Obama and Vice-president elect, Joe Biden. To paraphrase Biden, it will be like cleaning the Augean stables, man!
