Dear Prime Minister Can you tell me why the Bank of Canada is involved in Quantitative Easing.

Is the government doing this to help the citizens or is it to help the banks. Do not try to tell me it is both because it can not be so. L. Kukovica P.S. Why has the CBC not been privatized yet? They are strong enough to be on their own and providing tax revenue to Canada instead of taking it from Canada.
