Air Canada's announcement that it intends to create nut-free zones on all its flights should have made headline-news everywhere.
Every government in the world is waiting with bated breath to find out how it intends to do this. The current use of body-scanners and thorough luggage searches that are costing millions of dollars and maddening time delays can be ditched as soon as the Air Canada geniuses reveal their nut-control plan.
