WEST MICHIGAN -- The Muskegon County real estate market is beginning to show signs that the months-long struggle may be easing.
Phones are ringing at local real estate offices, more people are showing up at open houses and "sold" signs are popping up on more properties. Sales of housing units in Muskegon County rose more than 20 percent in March 2009 compared to March 2008, growing from 132 to 165. More...
