After the midterm elections, Iowa Rep. Steve King predicts President Barack Obama will follow through on his “promise and threat” to “violate the constitution, break the law and grant executive amnesty, but not before the election because they might be punished at the ballot box.” King, a Republican, noted as proof on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" the request by U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS) seeking vendors to produce some 34 million blank green cards.
