They had a great debate in South Carolina. It was a tasty hors d'œuvre for what we can expect to see for the next year or so. But the Republicans forgot to use the tricks of the Democrats!
This was more like the 2000 debates when the Republicans like Keyes knew they weren’t going to win but they were given an opportunity to climb up on the soap box and spread the word of the conservatives.
Everyone knew President Bush would win, but this was a golden opportunity to educate the folks. Things have changed a bit since 2000. We have the internet and those 527s. The word will get out there but it’s important to leave your mark as often as you can.
For example, Obama has been a royal screw up and an embarrassment. And his approval rating will have its ups and downs but his economic policies will only have a negative impact on his chances of being re-elected. And he ran as a moderate and he promised the middle class everything. He promised the poor and the deprived tolerance and fairness.
And by all accounts he has delivered absolutely nothing.
You forgot the rules of the Democrats and Alinsky. You know it’s difficult to lie like the Democrats, but at least shed some light on what the Democrats did or tried to do in the last 4 years. Do you have any idea how many people think President Bush is Dumb? He never did a dumb thing as president but all the Democrats and their support team of liberal media pundits just kept repeating the same thing. How dumb is this president? But we have seen how dumb Obama can sound when they take away his notes on his hands which appear on the teleprompters!
But the point is simple and very clear. Every chance you get you knock Obama and his liberal policies. Alinsky rule #8, keep the pressure on! Obama promised he could walk on water, he could move the seas. So it’s important to remind the people over and over that he is still learning on the job. Do you want to give him 4 more years to practice on your wallet! And everyone on the podium should repeat OBama’s false claims. At the end of the day, they won’t remember the facts, but they will start to get a permanent imprint on their Grey Matter that Obama is a socialist. An imprint if repeated enough times will not disappear with sleep. The better the imprint the longer it will stay branded in the minds of the voters.
In a nutshell, you need to paint a portrait of Obama. It’s tough for him to be patriotic for the United States when all his speeches are loaded with "me", "I" and "mine". Paint a picture of a self-centered egotistical socialist. And if you factor in what Acorn did and the cheating in the elections, by all means have a few people throw out the “c” word. After all, if you are a socialistic country with only one party in control the last time anyone checked that was communism. How many dirty tricks have been tried by the Democrats to win full control of the government? Didn’t Carville tell us we were going to have 40 years of liberal Democrat control! As Krauthammer says, he was off by 38 years.
Don’t kid yourself, not many people watch these debates. And very few stay till the end. So every chance you get knock the Democrats and Obama. And think about it, when Obama finally gets out there in campaign mode, only kidding, he is always in campaign mode. What is he going to say? Will he take responsibility for the economy and the falsehood that it is finally turning around? Are you kidding me! You can attack that day and night. If he lost eight million jobs and spent trillions and only recovered maybe a 100,000 jobs depending on whose counting, this is what you keep repeating. There should be pre-emptive strikes. Now is the time to attack Obama and remind the people that his policies and his lack of experience are destroying the country.
This was just the farm team. They should keep the number of debaters at 5. And allow all the debaters to answer all the questions. And the future president may come from this team but every opportunity should be well orchestrated to show the world that the Democrats are basically screw-up liberals that couldn’t turn the economy around even if they had a king’s ransom to spend. Wait a minute, they have spent the ransom a couple of times over. They just squandered the money on the wrong things.
But to say anyone won this debate is silly. Except for Ron Paul, they were pretty much saying the same thing. Santorum came across as being angry. Clearly not someone you want to have a drink with. Remember the folks are looking for someone like President Reagan or Bush. Basically they are looking for a kind man with a capitalistic approach. The country is hurting and it is going to take someone who understands capitalism and can present it with a common sense approach to win over the majority of the people. The American people have been screwed by the liberal politicians, their lobbyists, unions and the folks in the Middle East. America knows that Obama has not stood up to our enemies, and he has watched helplessly while our enemies drive up the price of oil, take away our jobs and then they loan money to us with delight to pay down the ever growing debt.
If anyone really thinks Obama has a chance to get re-elected, then let’s bring on the sheep to run against him. The Republicans have done that before. You will not beat Obama while wearing kid gloves. The country needs a leader that will take the reins and put America First. Heck, Obama and the liberals wanted to pass cap and trade. Any idiot should know that any form of cap and trade would have destroyed our economy.
That’s what the American people need to know. The average person has no clue what cap and trade means. The liberals in the house wanted to pass it. They did pass it! Now Obama wants to pass a bill giving amnesty to all illegal immigrants. Does this make sense when we don’t have enough jobs for the citizens we have now and those who will be entering the job market in the near future!
The point is, read Alinsky rules for radicals. The liberals do this all the time. They make up lies, and the next liberal swears by it. Before you know it, it becomes gospel truth.
During and after this debate, Luntz gathered together a crowd to get their opinions. After the debate he asked the crowd if they thought Obama was a socialist. Most if not all of the group raised their hands affirmatively. So basically each and every debater when the opportunity arises they should paint Obama as this socialist, secular and anti-capitalist community organizer. And by all means, according to Alinsky, paint by the numbers! By the time Clinton left office no one would trust his word! If you do your job with gusto, by the time the election arrives, no one will want to give the practicing liberal president more chances to destroy the American Economy.
