Republicans in the House of Representatives will demand a one-year delay of full implementation of the 2010 healthcare law known as Obamacare in its opening offer to increase the U.S. debt limit, their leaders announced on Thursday.

The Politico is reporting that online small business signups for for the federal exchanges are not ready for prime time. Mom & Pop companies which wish to do so can register by mail, but the much-vaunted ease of acces provided by the internet is nowhere to be seen. As a result, the Obama administration will be implementing another new delay. ...Which it will then refuse to accept. The train wreck continues.
