Rizzolo filed a motion asking that Henry's attorneys be disqualified

Rick Rizzolo - Pro Se lawyer

Convicted racketeer and Pro Se lawyer Rick Rizzolo does not know where he lives. This may be because, according to witnesses, he lives with his ex-wife at her deeply mortgaged "Las Vegas" home on the Canyon Gate golf course.

image image In a legal move that can only be described as insane, Rizzolo filed a motion asking that Henry's attorneys be disqualified, and that they should be included as parties in a proposed lawsuit he will bring. In March 2009, Rizzolo's former attorney told Judge Philip Pro that Henry's attorneys could be sued for malpractice. I don't believe his previous (maybe still present?) attorney understood then that his client would four months later pursue the malpractice law suit by himself, and would also personally conduct depositions -- if allowed by the court -- of the two former federal prosecutors who are now in private practice and representing unpaid beating victim Kirk Henry. Judge Pro has scheduled a hearing on Sept. 15 to rule on Rizzolo's slew of motions. If these motions are taken seriously, Rizzolo will be able to set this case back for months, and possibly have the case transferred to his friends in the state court including Nevada Supreme Court Justice Nancy Siatta, and Clark County District Court Judge Jackie Glass. Meanwhile, Lisa Rizzolo can shuffle her and her ex-husband's ill gotten fortune from one off shore haven to another with the help of the brother of a federal court judge. I believe that the involvement of the brother of a federal judge, a judge that was appointed by Harry Reid, may be the reason this case in languishing. No one seems to want to embarrass a federal judge and his mentor by questioning the fact that the judge's brother hides assets for criminals who owe millions to the IRS and a beating victim. After eight years of litigation in state and federal courts, it's time Judge Pro puts an end to this nonsense and allow justice to take its course. - SM
