Rizzolos must pay Henry from their personal fortune hidden in the Cook Islands

Rizzolo loses in lower court

Clark County District Court Judge Timothy Williams on Thursday ruled in favor of beating victim Kirk Henry and Denied convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's August 4, 2011 motion trying to prove he is not responsible for paying Henry $9 million dollars restitution from his and his ex-wife's hidden personal assets.
Rizzolo's argument was that the sale of the Crazy Horse Too property did not qualify as a "sale" because the defunct business, "The Power Company, Inc.", was not included in the sale. Judge Williams ruled in agreement with U.S. Judge Philip Pro that the Rizzolo's argument is not persuasive, and the Rizzolos must pay Henry from their personal fortune hidden in the Cook Islands. At the hearing, Rizzolo's attorneys also argued that his $180,000 Mercedes should not have been seized and the sale proceeds transferred to Henry.

Though not mentioned in Judge Williams' ruling, it's clear Rizzolo's objections regarding the car were also Denied, and Clark County will be free to auction off the vehicle within the next several weeks and transfer the proceeds to Mr. Henry. This was one of several failed attempts to preserve the Rizzolo's personal hidden fortune. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has also been asked to reverse Judge Pro's ruling, but few court observers expect them to do so, especially since this is Rizzolo's fifth Appeal of court rulings made in this decade old case, and all his previous Appeals have been Denied. Maybe the Rizzolos should consider paying Henry in lieu of amassing any more wasted legal bills.
