SHOCKING CONFESSION IN TERRELL, TX NON-CITIZEN TRUCK CRASH
A former driver for the company involved in the devastating Terrell, TX crash has blown the lid off a dangerous scheme. The driver CONFESSES to routinely resetting logbooks and falsifying bill of lading dates to skirt hours-of-service regulations. He admits to making grueling overnight runs from Phoenix, AZ to Atlanta, GA, pushing far beyond legal limits.
Explosive proof has surfaced: the driver provided evidence of DIRECT INSTRUCTIONS to alter records. When an investigative journalist visited the company’s FMCSA-registered address, it was a VIRTUAL OFFICE. Mysteriously, the address was updated online just TWO DAYS after the crash. ATU believes this company is being dispatched from Eastern Europe or Russia.
This is the M.O. of non-citizen trucking operations exploiting non-domiciled drivers.
We’ve been sounding the alarm to the FMCSA for MONTHS! Watch the video below for the full exposé.
