What is one crucial element of the human experience that this whole pandemic has seriously decreased? Speech. Not just free speech. No. It is the one-on-one communication that enables children to utter words and express themselves to others.

The problem is so obvious that the CDC has recalculated "milestones," the age by which a child should reach developmental achievement in speech and comprehension.
What before the pandemic was considered normal proficiency by a two-year-old is now considered normal for a four-year-old. Why? Because children are unable to see and register facial features to determine emotional expression, nor are they able to learn language by watching adults' use of their mouth and tongue in forming words and phrases.
The connection between emotional response and spoken word can't be seen and these initial interpretations are subsequently lost during the vital formative years. The critical visual aspect of learning is wiped away by masks both on adults and children. It also impedes the aural aspect of learning by distorting and garbling speech, making listeners uncertain of what was said and lessening their ability to repeat words correctly.
A more far reaching problem of children and, going forward, society being deprived of emotional content expressed through words, is the eradication of the spiritual function of speech. What will be lost to this or coming generations raised to be unskilled in basic language, will be utterance of the Word, rhema, the power of the tongue that speaks Life in a dying world.
God spoke light, the universe, Man into existence and He gave us the ability to speak, to use His Word to accomplish His will in the earth. He designed an inherent connection between speech and the spirit, that what is spoken is the expression of the spirit. Without the capability to understand and articulate words, the spirit has no mechanism to affect the natural world, prayer is muted. When the children can no longer speak, Man is silenced and the Word of God loses its power in the earth.

Already, the meaning of words that describe the building blocks of nature have been twisted, succumbing to a perverse culture. This week alone, as the Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the nominee to the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, she demurred to answer the most basic of questions regarding nature. When asked to define "woman," Jackson refused, stating that she didn't have the credentials to do so because she is "not a biologist."
It may be assumed from this disingenuous response that Brown Jackson has no true sense of self, neither can she define her position in nature.
When the essence of life and the elements necessary for the reproductive process of fauna is denied by a jurist nominated to a lifelong appointment on the highest court of the land, the very Laws of Nature are placed in contention, doing away with all moral foundation for society.
Contesting the meaning of words is the device that unravels the social fabric. Curbing children's ability to articulate or understand words they are attempting to form with masked mouths are the final steps to complete the destruction of civil order. Confusion becomes endemic with language that no longer has meaning, and new generations suffer growing frustration by the inability to make themselves understood. God's Word is diluted by inconsistent language, spiritual expression is confounded and anarchy ensues.

No masked-up corruption of language, artificial intelligence chip implant, redefining the natural order, or legalizing child rape, slavery and murder (euphemistically called pedophilia, commerce and abortion before or after birth) can change society unless children are changed.
Protect the babies, nurture the young ones to adulthood with good word and God's Word will continue to guide His creation.
