1. Gavin Newsom diverts 100 billion gallons of water per year away from Southern California and instead dumps it into the Pacific ocean to save the delta smelt.
2. Newsom has failed to build reservoirs as required by law.
3. The local fire hydrant system does not have adequate storage tanks for large wildfires.
