Special Counsel should investigate 2020 US election results

The US Supreme Court's failure to hear the Bill of Complaint presented to it by Texas justifies the appointment of a Special Counsel by President Trump to investigate Texas's allegations.  President Trump would be mirroring Hillary Clinton's advice to Joe Biden to "not concede under any circumstances."   Republican electors in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico cast alternative slates of votes for Trump on December 14 as the certified Democrat electors in the same states cast votes for Biden--keeping the pursuit of legal challenges to those States' election results open for Trump.

In one such case still being heard in Michigan--Judge Kevin Elsenheimer--having ordered a forensic audit to be undertaken to test the integrity of the Dominion Voting System used in Antrim County, Michigan--authorised its public release on December 14. The credentials of the expert doing the audit--Russell Ramsland--state:

I am part of the management team of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC (ASOG).   ASOG is a group of globally engaged professionals who come from various disciplines to include Department of Defense, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the Central Intelligence Agency. It provides a range of security services, but has a particular emphasis on cybersecurity, open source investigation and penetration testing of networks. We employ a wide variety of cyber and cyber forensic analysts.

Ramsland's conclusions are damning:

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified".

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Attorney General Dana Nessel issued a joint statement calling the report:

 "another in a long stream of misguided, vague and dubious assertions designed to erode public confidence in the November presidential election."

Judge Elsenheimer will decide who to believe.  Another case has seen Wisconsin's Supreme Court find 4-3 against Trump Trump had wanted to disqualify absentee ballots:

• cast early and in-person--saying there wasn't a proper written request made for the ballots; 
• cast by people who claimed "indefinitely confined" status; 
• collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and 
• where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.

The majority ruled against Trump's challenge to voters claiming to be indefinitely confined and decided Trump's other claims were made too late. The three dissenting justices--led by Chief Justice Patience Roggensack--said:

"A significant portion of the public does not believe that the November 3, 2020, presidential election was fairly conducted. Once again, four justices on this court cannot be bothered with addressing what the statutes require to assure that absentee ballots are lawfully cast."

These two cases--together with the mass of evidence from independent whistleblowers and experts filed:

• in four cases begun by lawyer Sidney Powell in Arizona, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin
• by Texas--supported by 17 States and other parties--in the aborted Supreme Court proceedings

justify Trump appointing a Special Counsel to investigate:

• the conduct of the 2020 elections in Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada and New Mexico 
• the integrity of the Dominion voting system 
• whether foreign sources interfered in the elections

Trump is not quite done yet.
