Suspected child predator arrested in Conroe

CONROE, Texas — A 30-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old child is in custody in Montgomery County after officials there say the suspect planned to run away to Mexico. Jose Manuel Tiscareno Hernandez is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
