The Difference Is….

All of the socialist Democrat Party and many of the “never Trump” minions are puzzled by how effective President Trump is doing the myriad of things he masters day to day. This phenomenon is the very reason the Founding Fathers designed the United States government the way they did. The Founders wanted ordinary citizens coming from real life to serve their fellow citizens for a short period of time, then return to their full-time occupation.

Donald Trump is living proof of the wisdom the Founding Fathers exhibited when laying out the structure for the American government. What is President Trump’s secret to the multitasking he exhibits each day? It is really simple! Trump’s whole career, before becoming President, was negotiating and managing big, BIG construction projects. He would often have innumerable numbers of contractors on any given work site, and more often than not, he was dealing with multiple work sites.

Donald Trump is a master at selecting top notch people who can handle major responsibilities. In Trump’s second term, he has amassed an incredible group of men and women for his cabinet and top management positions. He trusts them and has given them autonomy to do their job. This is the same formula that allowed him to become a billionaire in the private sector. The ultimate formula President Trump uses is do what is right and do it as efficiently as possible. That works in the private sector, and we see that it works in government with proper leadership.

Trump, as an example, magnifies the problem the United States of America has with career professional politicians. All career professional politicians have one primary goal that lords over all other priorities. That priority is getting reelected. The second priority for career professional politicians, especially those with weak ethical standards, is getting rich as quickly as possible without ending up in jail. The third priority for these people is to look like they are doing something for their constituents to keep “buying” their votes. Anything good for their whole constituent base is gravy but not much of a priority. The priority for career professional politicians is not to serve their community but to serve themselves. A disappointing result from the Founding Father’s expressed views.

The elite ruling class of career professional politicians is a detriment to the American way and the United States Constitution

To be clear, any politician who has served more than two terms in office is on a track to becoming a career professional politician. Many of these people come from a background of the least qualified people in the country for those jobs. There is a disproportional number of lawyers in the Congress and state legislatures. During your lifetime, we have seen that not even a former governor has satisfactory experience for being a truly effective President.

In my lifetime, the best presidents have been Harry S. Truman, a haberdasher until the age of 50 when he entered politics, Dwight D. Eisenhower, an Army Officer entering politics when he was 63 years old, Ronald Reagan, an actor and former governor who entered politics at 55 years of age, and Donald Trump, a business man who entered politics when 70 years old. The best presidents, in my opinion were not career professional politicians; they were men who had a real life, and more important, life experience that didn’t include politics as a lifestyle.

The evidence is right in front of all Americans. The elite ruling class of career professional politicians is a detriment to the American way and the United States Constitution. For most of the last century, this ruling class has pumped us full of BS about how important political experience is, and we bought it. Common sense dictates that legislators with current real-life experience are far more likely to come up with appropriate answers to today’s problems than people confined to a lifetime political bubble that only looks inward. As Ronald Reagan told us decades ago, the government is the problem. This is a self-inflicted problem created by myopic elitist career professional politicians. However, this problem can be solved.

We the People must take on the burden of enforcing the term limits defined in the United States Constitution. America doesn’t need experienced professional politicians. Americans need other Americans to use common sense solutions and not the traditional cookie-cutter solutions career professional politicians confine themselves to. End incumbency in politics starting this November. If we keep doing what we’re doing (electing career professional politician incumbents), we will keep getting what we’ve got (37.25 trillion dollars in debt and growing). What will it be, America?
