Investigators are zeroing in on several carriers, including AJ Partners and Sam Express Inc., describing the scheme as classic “chameleon carrier” behavior — fake rebrands designed to escape accountability.

It gets worse.

The driver’s so-called training school — Aydana Inc./U.S. CDL — is also under investigation for potentially fast-tracking an unqualified, unvetted driver onto the road. If that operation is found to be a sham, every license they issued could be void.

The FMCSA is now working around the clock to identify everyone involved.
