The news Media and Our Troops Serving in Afghanistan

I was just watching Prime Minister Stephen Harper appear on the CBC today, talking to the troops in Petawawa.

I just wanted to say "Thank You" Mr Prime Minister for reminding Canadians of the good, the bravery and the sacrifices that our troops are making every day. Our troops are doing a hell of a job in Afghanistan and in other parts of the world. It's dam time that the news media started informing Canadians of the good that our troops are doing and why we are there as well as it's importance.Sadly the only time that the news media says anything about our troops in Afghanistan is when someone is killed in action.
