The political "schizophrenia" of Barack Obama

Cairo, Egypt—The Egyptian weekly Elmogaz revealed some of the backroom dealings during a meeting between the Arab Gulf states—which resulted in forcing Qatar to stop supporting Muslim Brotherhood and the extremists, who fled from their original countries escaping terrorism-related charges.

Elmogaz stated that the Arab States put several conditions in a document signed by all parties, who witnessed the meeting, in order to isolate Qatar and to stop financial and political relations. The most important condition was to stop the Qatar’s:

• Unlimited support for the Brotherhood
• Expel its leaders
• Stop granting Qatari citizenship to extremists
• Withdraw citizenship from those who have been previously granted it.

This actually happened with the Brotherhood leaders going to Tunisia, led by the "godfather" of the Muslim Brotherhood, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, and 28 other leaders. The second important term of the agreement was to stop the Qatari media campaigns waged by Al-Jazeera against other Arab countries, specifically Saudi Arabia and Egypt, as well as stop the support of Yemeni rebels on the border of Saudi Arabia.

The document also determined that some American research centers working in Qatar, represent a major threat to the Arab countries, such as the Rand Corporation and Brookings Institution because of the evidence that these institutions are spying on the Gulf states and inciting rebels to change regimes by force in these countries. The United States—during the past few days—started cracking down on the Brotherhood and demonstrated a significant change in the way the U.S. administration deals with the terrorist organization. A meeting was held between CIA agents and the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood in the presence of a Qatari representative. During the meeting, the CIA threatened to stop American support for the Muslim Brotherhood--especially if El-Sisi wins the presidency in Egypt. The U.S. administration has become more convinced that the Brotherhood cannot make any real and tangible change in the political reality of Egypt— even in face of the number of terrorist attacks aimed to weaken Egyptian authority. In the end, Egyptian security forces managed to impose control over the streets and imprison Brotherhood leaders, with many of them having fled Egypt. According to the leaks that surfaced from the meeting, a Qatari representative at the meeting had suggested that the Brotherhood increase their attacks including bombings and assassinations, to create fear with Egyptians going to vote in upcoming presidential elections. The representative calls for moving the attacks to focus them on Cairo, to show that the group is still strong and can impose a reign of terror over Egypt, while showing the police and army as ineffective. 
According to the Qatari representative, this will push the U.S. administration to continue its support for the Brotherhood—as a last chance—in the hopes that they could actually influence the elections, which Gen. El-Sisi is likely to win and who is also likely to direct a powerful and overwhelming hit on the Brotherhood in order to ensure his grip on power. The Brotherhood sees El-Sisi as the most important enemy and a target for their attacks. The World Tribune confirmed this information in accordance with the jihadists in Libya, who said that there—what is called the ‘Free Egyptian Army’ (An imitation of the Free Syrian Army), which has already begun training to carry out terrorist operations in Egypt. This free army exists in areas of eastern Libya which lie completely under the control of the terrorists and militants. This Free Egyptian Army is trained under the supervision of the U.S., and Turkey and funded by Qatar. Reports also indicate that there is a Libyan clothing factory dedicated to producing the Free Egyptian Army uniforms, which resemble official Egyptian military uniforms. Those elements are trained to attack sensitive targets such as the Cairo airport and the High Dam, as well as the storming of prisons, in order to generate chaos and ruin the upcoming presidential election which is scheduled to take place on May 26 - 27. The World Tribune stressed that these elements had received American weapons and advanced military equipment and SUVs that will be used in the implementation of their attacks on targets in Egypt, and they are waiting for orders from the CIA and the Turkish and Qatari intelligences to move. However, this information describes the case for "Political schizophrenia" that President Obama and his administration are suffering in having to deal with this issue. On one hand, the U.S declares the Ansar bait elmakdes (Jerusalem defenders) as a terrorist organization, and on the other hand, it is funding and training its elements that joined the new entity named the 'Free Egyptian army'. Obama declares that he is against terrorism in all its forms and professes to want Egypt and the Arab countries to enjoy stability, peace and security. At the same time, the CIA supports these terrorist organizations to exploit the deteriorating security situation in Libya and the inability of the new Libyan government to impose its control on all the Libyan territories in the face of armed militias and organizations. These militias are smuggling arms across the Egyptian-Libyan border to reach the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza strip through tunnels along the Egyptian border, which in turn distributes the weapons for terrorists to carry out operations targeting the army and police in Egypt. And, of course these weapons will turn up soon aimed at the Israelis, whose security and safety Obama pretends to care about!
