Part 1 chronicled a series of five events that became the focus of the liberal media in America. Four involved incidents reported as systemic evidence of injustice against Black innocents
(3 by police, 1 by citizen-law enforcement) between July 2009-April 2014.
Before
chao (
chaos) matured as a political strategy, a fifth and largely ineffective street protest – e.g.,
Occupy Wall Street – illustrated the need for more organized and demonstrative civil disorder.
Two subsequent incidents (
August 2014 & May 2020) teed-up widespread street violence, conducted by
Black Lives Matter and Antifa, in several Big Blue Cities. As disorder raged, Municipal Police Departments were ordered by Democrat Mayors and City Councils to stand-down, and not intervene in the disruption and destruction.

August 14, 2014, The Shooting of Michael Brown at the hands of a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri went national, and then global. The Ferguson event was thoroughly covered by the
American Thinker website in 10 articles, beginning November 7, 2014 and ending December 26, 2014:

At least two predictions reported in that series have happened since 2014.
(1) The co-founder of the original “
Hands Up” Movement in Ferguson was there representing a West Coast foundation that specializes in social justice initiatives. The representative, formerly an ACLU attorney who worked in Missouri, was interviewed by the author while a Grand Jury was investigating Officer Wilson’s shooting of Brown. The source volunteered information by stating that the Jury would
not indict Wilson because he had acted within police policy and procedure in self-defense. When asked by the author what the protest was all about, the attorney said, “
This is about a new civil rights movement in America.”
(2) The title of article #10 linked above, dated December 26, 2014, was: “
NYPD's strategy behind soft resistance to protesters”. The source was Breitbart’s Big Government website.
“Breitbart’s Big Government
reported on December 24, 2014, ‘Breitbart News learned from an NYPD source that officers made no arrests Tuesday night, despite bottles being hurled at police and protesters committing other violations of the law. That’s how Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton wanted it, the source explained.’”
“The Breitbart article quotes the source saying, ‘The bosses are weak. [They] Let them [s***] all over us. Real cowardly,’ said the NYPD source. ‘
This is part of a bigger picture,’ the law enforcement source stated. ‘This was extremely well thought out… I’m thinking that the planning of this goes back to the campaign.’”
In other words, the biggest of the Big Blue Cities set the pattern for reacting to BLM and Antifa “non-violent” riots. And that pattern was replicated by other Blue City law enforcement and city administrations.
Conclusion: Ferguson was a full-dress rehearsal choreographed by the same political ideology, and even some of the same actors in Minneapolis. It was a precursor to the coming “Bigger Picture” that premiered in 2020. And there’s no reason to think it’s over.
