The Russian Bear is Hungry
The Russian leadership may be becoming desperate.

Russia is making news these days, and I have a handful of stories that aren`t exactly making the front page, but which are setting the stage for future events. We would be wise to pay attention.
First off, Reuters is reporting a test-firing of a Russian Topol Intercontinental Ballistic Missile.Now, the Topol is a three stage, solid fuel, mobile ICBM capable of penetrating missile defense systems by eluding tracking systems. This test-and the one conducted last year-are pretty clearly rumblings from the bear designed to frighten President Barack O`Chicken into abandoning missile defense.
