The sickness of Russian collusion-projection, Robert Mueller, Donald Trump Let us assemble the new facts that we have from the Uranium One scandal, as it is called, and how they relate to the Russian collusion investigation being led by Special Counsel/Prosecutor Robert Mueller and his 16 high-powered and well-paid Democrat-leaning lawyers. Tipped off by a confidential informer, in 2009 the FBI started collecting evidence that “showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.” Evidence also indicated that higher level Russian officials had given millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation – Bill and Hillary’s charitable organization – during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served in office, and on a government body called the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. In 2010, Secretary Clinton, along with other board members, unanimously approved the partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to the Russian nuclear giant Rosatom, which gave Russia control of more than 20 percent of the U.S.’s uranium supply.
Uranium is, of course, crucial to the production of nuclear weapons, which both the U.S., and Russia, have in huge abundance. This makes the whole Uranium One scandal a major national security problem. In 2010, even having all the above evidence, the FBI and the Department of Justice did nothing but continue to investigate. Four more years passed, until, finally, one of the Russian participants was charged and convicted of a single charge of money laundering for the scheme that stretched from 2004 to 2014. Another year passed before the DoJ finally issued a press release on the situation. Prominent FBI officials, and leading congressmen on the Republican side (which controlled the U.S. House beginning in 2011), were never fully briefed on the case. You will never guess which prominent names were part of the FBI/DoJ investigation. Robert Mueller, who now serves as Special Counsel/Prosecutor of the Russian Collusion investigation, was the director of the FBI from 2009 through 2013. He had to know about the Uranium One investigation. James Comey, Mueller’s successor as FBI Director, took over in 2013, staying till he was fired by Trump earlier this year. He also had to know of the Uranium One investigation. Andrew McCabe, who was then an Assistant FBI Director but now is Deputy Director, led the Uranium One investigation on the FBI side, while then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, appointed to that position by President Obama, and who now serves as deputy attorney general under President Trump, led the prosecution team. As deputy attorney general, Rosenstein has the distinction of appointing Robert Mueller as Special Counsel for the Russian Collusion investigation after James Comey’s leaks persuaded Rosenstein to ignore proper DoJ procedures that mandate that there be an underlying criminal matter being investigated prior to the appointment of a special counsel. Mind you, the Russian Collusion investigation is a counter-intelligence investigation, and not a criminal investigation, so such an investigation was simply not merited at the time, although the Mueller team have since annexed other criminal matters, such as the investigation of alleged Turkish bribes to former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

And, of course, Hillary Clinton, then-Secretary of State, and eventually the 2016 Democrat nominee for president, who the day after her unexpected loss to Trump hatched the Russia hacking propaganda story that led directly to the Russian Collusion investigation, was the one who took the alleged bribes for Uranium One. So, when it comes to the Uranium One scandal, we have here a situation where all these characters may have been implicated in a real Russian bribery scandal, largely unprosecuted – except one man – despite loads of evidence, which transferred U.S. uranium to Russian control. But, instead of suffering any penalties for their unwillingness to protect U.S. national security interests, these individuals have turned the tables, and are going after President Donald Trump for his supposed collusion with Putin to “hack” the election. All with virtually no evidence for the Russian Collusion investigation. There is a name for such a sickness. In psychology, there is the idea of “projection.” “Projection is a psychological defense mechanism in which individuals attribute characteristics they find unacceptable in themselves to another person.” Hillary Clinton, Robert Mueller, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, and Andrew McCabe are guilty of projection.

Donald Trump needs to end the Mueller Russian Collusion investigation

Many of them are also guilty of many other conflicts of interest – see here and here and here and here. Donald Trump needs to end the Mueller Russian Collusion investigation now. He needs to end it before someone gets (legally) hurt, as happened with Scooter Libby, a Bush administration official who was prosecuted and convicted by a similar special prosecutor for a similar non-crime. Fire Robert Mueller, President Trump.

BombThrowers——

Bombthrowers is a blog about politics and the war for the hearts and minds of Americans from a conservative viewpoint.

In line with our name, we do not hold back. We have a take-no-prisoners attitude when it comes to fighting for conservative principles. The Left doesn’t play nice, and that’s why they’ve been winning. It’s time for conservatives to rise up and turn the tide.

We’re not afraid to take on anyone, especially the Washington Establishment—Republican or Democrat.
