When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 
The time has come to acknowledge that the government of the United States of America has collapsed.   It has grown a bureaucracy far too big to be adequately controlled under the U.S. Constitution as designed by the Founding Fathers.  It has been corrupted beyond repair because there are not nearly enough virtuous people in government to make it work.  No one outside the White House has any idea who is controlling the Biden Administration except we know it isn’t Joe Biden. The last nail in the coffin was the failure of the United States Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution after the clearly corrupted November 2020 national election. Because of the gross lawlessness being perpetrated by Boss Biden and his Marxist Democrat government, the time is right to exercise state’s rights as pointed out by A. Dru Kristenev in her article ‘America First’ is ‘States First’ regarding recent U.S. Supreme Court opinions. The United States Constitution clearly defines what powers the states granted the federal government and the fact that all other powers are held by the people, some of which they may grant to state government. Like the federal government, all state government powers must be granted by the people. Although our federal executive and legislative branches of government, as functioning bodies, have collapsed.  The United States of America, as a nation state, has not yet collapsed, but it will if action is not taken soon.  Then too, the 50 United States, with a few exceptions, still have fully functioning executive and legislative branches.  The people and these state governments have the ability and opportunity to save the nation state of the United States of America. The clear strategy of the Marxist Democrat Party and Boss Biden is to recreate the violent chaos of the summer of 2020 as a distraction and reason for the federal government to further deny individual liberties nationwide.  It has begun with the current lawless and violent chaos surrounding the pending overturning of Roe v Wade and the refusal of Boss Biden to enforce federal law. The Marxists want nothing less than the burning of America, like in 2020. They expect to politically profit from this strategy in November 2022 as they did in November 2020.
We the People and our state governments must take a two-pronged approach to save traditional America and Judeo-Christian values. Our state governments have their part to play in this strategy and We the People have our part to play to keep America from becoming a failed nation state.

Madison identified the main problem with our failed federal government.  The policies, rules, and regulations are so voluminous they cannot be understood, and these were the vehicle used by the federal government to usurp the powers of the people and the states.  We the People must convince our Governors and our state Legislators to reclaim the power usurped by the federal government over the last 100 years.  As pointed out in Kristenev’s article, federal rules, policies, and regulations are not laws. It is our responsibility as citizens and states to reassert the people’s and the state’s rights not enumerated in the U.S. Constitution for the federal government. We the People have to drive the second prong of this strategy.  We must remove as many Marxist Democrat politicians from every elected position at every level of government in the United States of America.  Marxist Democrats are the perpetrator of the violent chaos experience in America.  All the violent chaos and property destruction of 2020 was done by the anarchist minions of the Marxist Democrat Party.  The only violence that occurs when Constitution-loving patriots demonstrate is initiated by Marxist agitators planted for exactly that purpose.

Reality and facts demonstrate that the Marxist demonstrators are the people that are violent and destroy property and injure people.  Boss Biden and his minions in media lie about anything and everything that does not fit their political agenda.  The Marxist Democrats also accuse their enemies of doing exactly the same crimes only they themselves engage in.  More lies have come out of the mouth of Boss Biden than any other President in history.
