The agreement included an addendum that China insisted on as a get-out clause. Note that the Chinese changed the drug name in their application and are calling it "Redoxivir". But, they also admitted in their application that they had already illegally reverse engineered the Remdesivir without Gilead's permission for 'humanitarian' reasons due to the pending epidemic. . -- Source
With the above knowledge, it is important for you to keep in mind that coronavirus originated from the city of Wuhan in China and has now traveled around the entire world. But, somehow the virus did not find its way to nearby Beijing, the capital of China with all its military leaders, or to China's economic capital of Shanghai. Neither of these major cities in Communist China ever locked down. It would seem clearly obvious that, as of early November, 2019 (noted above), the Chinese messaging that they were already aware that an epidemic virus was already out of their control, there is a great potential that Remdesivir and Chloroquine were immediately given to all Chinese leaders. Which would, of course, prove that these drugs are extremely effective in not only stopping but preventing the Wuhan virus. But, don't tell the northeastern governors.

To this day, the NYC subways are still open with standing room only straphangers. In comparison, closing those bars and restaurants seemed foolish, except of course, if their actual agenda was to yield the highest number of cases of the Wuhan virus as possible.
March 9-21, 2020: The governors of many northeastern states began closing schools, then retail stores (except food), bars and restaurants and then by March 21-23 came the stay-at-home lockdown of all non-essential business and citizens, all this done to-flatten-the-curve, which continues in most states today.
