The Trump Administration signed an EO on Friday evening putting into effect the Alien Enemies Act. Planes carrying almost 200 suspected TdA members were in the air heading for El Salvador by Saturday.

Judge James Boasberg of the Washington D.C. District Court ordered a halt to the deportation flights and directed them to turn the flights around.

Miller commented on the Judge's ruling calling it, “The most unlawful order that any district court judge has issued in our lifetimes without even a close second.”

“The President is operating at the apex of his authority when you are dealing with questions of invasion and questions of alien enemy infiltration as well as the expulsion of terrorist illegal aliens from the county.”
