The View Laughs Over Boehner’s Weeping

Soon to be Speaker of the House John Boehner's interview on 60 Minutes where he cried yet again provided plenty of fodder for the liberal ladies of The View.

Personally I wish that Boehner would turn off the faucets but for some men controlling their emotions on certain subjects can be difficult and that doesn't make them any less manly or less of a leader in my opinion. But for Walters to say that Boehner has an “emotional problem” is off base since we have only seen him cry a couple of times and he has a long history of being very confident if not over confident in public. Of course Joy Behar was licking her chops for the opportunity to dig into the GOP leader by calling him “Weeper of the House” and saying that he only cries when talking about his own life and showing very little empathy for people that are now in a similar situation. I'm no fan of Boehner and would have preferred that the GOP had chosen a real conservative to lead the new Congress but The View did take some unnecessary potshots and no doubt were more than happy to try and undermine the new speaker. Yes a weepy liberal is compassionate but a weepy conservative has an emotional problem. That's the real media double standard.
