Up to now we have been focusing on the corruption in the legislative branches of our governments, the administrative branches of our governments, and even some judges in the judicial branches of our governments. There is one other group that also poses an existential threat to our country and our individual freedoms, and that is the soft corruption of some attorneys, the master manipulators.
I say soft corruption because in their fight for individuals they have managed to pervert the legal system into something it was not supposed to be, a cash cow for people’s own stupid mistakes
It all started back in the 1960s when an airplane pilot flew his airplane up a blind canyon into a rock wall and law suits were filed against the airplane’s manufacturer. Then the attorneys for the plaintiff and the manufacturer’s insurance company settled the lawsuit rather than go to court and put the blame on a stupid pilot where it belonged. And now we have stupid people who put hot coffee in a paper cup between their legs in a car and spill it on themselves and getting a ridiculous amount of money from the folks that sold them the HOT COFFEE they wanted. Why are stupid people being rewarded for being stupid? Greedy attorneys and stupid juries, that’s why! This is not what tort laws were designed to do. However, it is the most profitable area of law all for the legal profession. If you doubt me, just look at the legal industry’s TV advertising.

First tort law was perverted, and now we are watching in real time how corrupt individuals in government and their toadies in judicial robes are perverting criminal law in order to try to prevent Donald Trump from becoming President of the United States again. America has a lawyer problem. Lest we forget, the majority of legislators and nearly all judges are attorneys. Do you think they are going to break their own rice bowl? I seriously doubt it.

Yes, in my opinion, with something over 1.33 million attorneys, in addition to other corruption, America has a corrupt lawyer problem too. These attorneys are corrupt because they are twisting laws and the United States Constitution in ways they know that the law should not be twisted. Soft corruption is still corruption.

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.
In many of these positions I repeatedly took an oath to defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
