Tian Tian, the giant panda at the National Zoo is ecstatic about the blizzard

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Though the blizzard is keeping thousands of residents in the East Coast locked up in their homes, one animal is having the time outside in the snow. Tian Tian, the giant panda at Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington, D.C., woke up ecstatic to see a blanket of snow this morning.
