To Honor our Veterans is to Honor Freedom Itself

Today is “Veteran’s Day,” and it arrives this year at a time in which our nation is sorely divided from within, and at a time in which the United States military is being divided from within. Truly, it is a tragic and a seriously dangerous situation. Unfortunately, the American merrymakers and naive nitwits, viewed by many common people throughout the world as wealthy, self-indulgent fools, may be so self-absorbed in their well-insulated, cocoon-like existence, or their self-secured social bubbles, that they may have no sense of what is happening in our nation right now. Yet, this day is not about them. However, the day to honor our veterans is accompanied by a stench of corruption from our civilian ‘leaders.’

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance

The focus of this day should be on the Veterans; the focus needs to be in honoring those who have helped to pass the torch of freedom forward, so all Americans could enjoy the fruits of Freedom. Veteran’s Day is special, and it needs to remain special. Millions of ordinary men and women could become heroes in small and insignificant ways, or in ways they could not imagine, when they put on the uniform of their nation. Sadly, since the moment the idea of this great nation was conceived, American men and women were compelled to action, to fight for freedom. It is in our national DNA. It has been demonstrated each time ordinary people have answered the call to action, again and again, to help in the fight for Freedom itself. American men and women have been called to action time and again to help fight the attempts of despots and tyrants of one form or another to take or maintain control of various populations across the globe. Certainly, despite the sense and sentiment being expressed in some quarters of this country (even within the current Administration), the U.S. military is what may keep the forces of darkness in check. In reality, our nations’ ideals are those that have most practically demonstrated the greatest concern for all nations when it comes to the preservation of Freedom for the world’s peoples. It is those ideals, as well as those institutions resting upon them, that are the target of those who have little regard, nor true respect, for such ideals or the institutions. America is currently being challenged in such a time as this because of our Freedom. This will not cease until the foes of Freedom are totally defeated. They will not surrender for they represent the antithesis to Freedom. Once long ago, years after the American War for Independence, several people had been quoted as saying that “the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” Although being attributed to a number of worthy statesmen, such men were probably simply quoting others. However, it was the Irish orator John Curran who is credited with the first known statement of such sentiment when he stated in 1790:

“It is the common fate of the indolent to see their rights become a prey to the active. The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance.”

Military is currently being poisoned and divided by Marxist-rooted lies

Yet, even God Himself may be quite concerned whether His children in America, who are called by His name, will be able to take up the responsibility to protect and preserve Freedom in such a time as this. And with such understanding, the most vigilant of the vigil keepers are America’s men and women in uniform. It is they who offer themselves in the “no man’s land” between liberty and tyranny. Ultimately, it is the vigil keepers who are called upon to offer the greatest of all sacrifices for the sake of the higher ideal of human Freedom. But, in this serious and significant struggle that America is challenged with currently, the entire Freedom of humanity has become endangered. It has become such a formidable challenge that everyone will be caught up in it one way or another -- some will become victims, while others will be the victors. It is such a time of choosing. Many have trusted the military and have taken it for granted that the U.S. military would always be there to preserve all the freedoms we have taken for granted for so long, as they always have. However, the active military is currently being poisoned and divided by Marxist-rooted lies, and loyal Americans are being “purged” from various branches of the military because the servicemen and women are refusing to get the EUA vaccines, or they are questioning the CRT indoctrination, or they are denying the “insurrection” by unarmed civilians upon the U.S. Capitol on January 6 of this year. Currently, if anyone denies the “insurrection,” those people will be identified and labeled as “anti-AmeriKan” because the vision of the Leftists and Marxists driving such military purges does not view the ideals of this nation as valid. So, our active-duty military is facing attacks upon their minds and their bodies. They are truly in harm’s way and must fight the domestic enemy that is embedded within the ranks -- even the officer ranks. Yet, there appears to be little or no resistance to this concerted effort; our military is being poisoned by such Marxist intellectual propaganda and Marxist mental-manipulation. Such insidious efforts have been planned and initiated by hard-core Socialists disguising themselves as the ‘Democrat leadership,’ seemingly in order to destroy the U.S. military from within. Instead of honoring the men and women in uniform, and promoting unity within our Armed Forces, the new Socialist tyranny is sowing the seeds of disunion and division within the ranks at all levels. Divided we fall! There is no cavalry that will come to save our military from such a brainwashing process and the bodily invasive attacks. They are the cavalry and the officers who would have led the cavalry. If the Marxists in control of the federal government can emasculate our military from within, it has the same effect as disbanding the law enforcement officials at the local levels. Our nation would be vulnerable from the foreign enemies who are salivating at the ever-growing diminishment of our loyal men and women in uniform and our nation’s military preparedness.

Patriots who still love this country can see that the military is being gutted and poisoned

From a broad perspective, what happened in the election of 2020 was the forward stages of a “civil” coup d’état, with a number of key conspirators. Whether those key conspirators will be held accountable is still a matter of speculation. Not many surely could say, and even if they knew, they would not be able to disclose the truth. But, the patriots who still love this country can see that the military is being gutted and poisoned. Who would do such a thing? Certainly, those who still care about the principles within the bedrock of the nation’s government, and citizens who are still loyal to America as it was founded, must be vigilant. All of us who have become inflamed by the coup must begin to work with others with the same sentiments. All across the nation, American citizens who care are surely awakening to how serious the threat to our freedoms the coup has become. America’s Founders understood that people’s freedom was never free. It was much more black and white in their day. This is also understood by our nation’s veterans who were willing to die for Freedom. This is why a ray of hope for the preservation of Freedom shines from America’s loyal veterans. Once the vigil keepers become aware of the clear and present danger, the time of action commences. Now is the time to stand for Freedom!
