The media will tell you all about the trivia, the gaffes, the horse race analysis and the emotion.
What they almost never get into is the substance. In Trump's appearance on the boss's show today, the discussion was almost entirely focused on policy substance.
So if you're trying to work out how and why you distinguish between these two candidates, invest 12 minutes and I think things will be clarified for you.
