Trudeau squeezed from all sides – especially by his own Liberals

Calls from esteemed Liberals for him to step down, criticism from a former cabinet minister and a possible future leadership candidate.

Trudeau’s former environment minister Catherine McKenna has been critical of Trudeau’s plan to pause the carbon tax on home heating oil. So too has potential Liberal leadership candidate and former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney.
