Last week, Mark Carney gleefully announced HIS desire (certainly not the desire of Canadians)...to push Canada into the European Union
This announcement dominated headlines for two days.
Then came Trump's announcement that the U.S. had reached a deal with Greenland and Denmark.
And then he announced he would source potash from Belarus.
As such, Trump has been the center of attention at the UN General Assembly.
No one is talking about Mark Carney.
No one is talking about his failed plan to make Canada an associate member of the EU.
Trump was made for this game.
Carney was not.
