Two teens have been charged in the attack on ex-Governor David Paterson and his stepson, according to sources.

The juveniles turned themselves over to police along with their parents at the 23rd Precinct on Saturday night, less than 24 hours after the attack on Paterson and his step-son, Anthony Chester Sliwa, as the pair walked their dog on the Upper East Side Friday. ---More...
