US Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to Block Trump in 2024
The former president's eligibility to be on 2024 presidential ballot is being challenged in a number of states
The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 2 declined to take a longshot challenge to former President Donald Trump's eligibility to appear on New Hampshire's ballots during the 2024 election.
John Anthony Castro filed an appeal with the Supreme Court several weeks ago and claimed that the former president should be disqualified under a reading of a section of the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment.
