Vance returns to Damascus, VA, this time as VP

DAMASCUS, Va. (WDBJ) - JD Vance returned to Damascus Monday, January 27, this time as Vice President.

Vance said the purpose of his visit was to check on the cleanup from Hurricane Helene.
