Well. She's a film professor. I guess she likes the R-rated flicks. There's something about a woman who swears like a sailor! Something arresting, at least in this case.

Creative Minority Report says this is not the first time a Buffalo campus has been home to an enraged pro-choice individual or group going ballistic at a pro-life display:

In 2011, a pro-life display was reportedly vandalized. In a separate incident, pro-lifers were reportedly pelted with feces by people enraged by the pro-life message.

Nice. You have to wonder if the Gosnell trial has folks like Curry just a bit on edge. If they want to maintain poll numbers over 50 percent of Americans who support legal abortion, at least on some level, it is imperative that they keep the images of what really goes on in abortion clinics out of the view of the public. Public attention on the Gosnell trial, now that the media has been dragged kicking and screaming into covering it, threatens that coverup - as does the use of images like this as part of campus demonstrations. A pro-choice absolutist like Curry (or so I would presume her to be) loses it because she knows what will happen if the cat gets that far out of the bag, but what can she say? Nothing rational. The facts are what they are. Once you can no longer hide them, all you really have left is to go off on those exposing the truth and hope you can make the truth-telling more trouble than its worth. So who's teaching Master Thespian's class today, what with her being in jail and all? Could it be . . .
