(Video) New York Judge Arrested and Handcuffed, Led Away to Jail

Initially arrested on February 13, 2016, likely on her way to her job. New York state troopers were called to what appeared to be a single-car crash. Astacio reportedly refused to submit to a breathalyzer test at the scene of the accident.

New York JudgeA Rochester, New York City Court Judge Leticia Astacio was apparently all smiles as she left the judge’s chambers in handcuffs on Monday.
