Watch Live: House debates GOP tax bill ahead of vote

We're keeping an eye on things in the House of Representatives, where debate is underway regarding the GOP tax bill. A vote is expected this afternoon, and then the whole thing moves over to the Senate. Allegedly all the votes are in place, and Mitch McConnell promises a vote today, following passage in the House. We get it, watching Democrats carp about the "GOP tax scam" gets old fast, so feel free to view this as a drinking game, and insomnia cure, or an endurance test.
