We the People are the only stakeholders

OSHA has finally followed through with Biden's month's old threat to mandate all government employees, and businesses loosely related to the federal workforce via contract, to be injected with an experimental serum. That, it seems, is simply not enough for power hungry feds. OSHA is now floating a 490-page document to pressure every American to get in line for inoculation for the perk of being employed. As of November 5, 2021 it is allowing only 31 days for "stakeholders" to comment on this "emergency temporary standard" that targets any and all individuals who reject government interference with their health care. Comment period ends December 6, 2021.

OSHA has incorrectly identified employers as the important stakeholders in a universal invasive edict that is written to force anyone employed to be injected with an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) serum to combat what is technically a vicious cold from which 99.8% of infected individuals recover. The executive mandate has no basis for enactment within the Constitution of the United States but violates the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, performing unreasonable search and seizure of property (one's own body) and deprives life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. Nowhere within this Law of the Land is government given power over individuals' right of providing for themselves through commercial activity, otherwise known as working for a living. Overarching demands that citizens (because non-citizens, refugees and illegal aliens are exempt) be inoculated with an experimental serum have nothing to do with public health other than to jeopardize it. Credible and credited statistics collected nationally and globally by VAERS and EudraVigilance has proven each of the "vaccines" to be harmful to hundreds of thousands who have received the shots, suffering life-threatening disorders or death with the number in the U.S. standing at 17,619 as of October 22, 2021. Because numerous medical offices, government healthcare facilities and hospitals are illegally withholding total occurrences of vaccine adverse effects, the actual cases of death and disorders are expected to be vastly underreported. OSHA is avoiding requesting commentary from the true stakeholders regarding public health – American citizens whose ultimate responsibility is their own wellbeing and retention of ability to provide for themselves. Continuous testing still dependent on PCR evaluation that has been exposed by the CDC as unreliable and incorrectly used, extends the invasive nature of federal mandates beyond inoculation. It declares all personal health information to be made public in the name of protecting society.

Deconstructing the Constitution has come about piecemeal as federal agencies declare activity of production, recreation, worship and providing for oneself and one's family to be under their jurisdiction. None of a citizen's personal information, which is being mined continually by accomplice tech and communications companies, is or ever has been delivered to government oversight, despite Congress' and the executive branch's ceaseless attempts to gain that control. Multiple challenges against vaccine mandates on all levels are flooding the courts from state and gubernatorial offices such as Ron DeSantis', healthcare workers and first responders who know precisely how dangerous Covid is or is not, and employees whose jobs require being responsible for the safety of thousands such as pilots, truckers, manufacturing and service workers. Lawsuits that have already been dismissed because they were "premature" in requesting relief from the mandate are in a renewed position to be taken up by the courts now that OSHA has finally published the mandates that were only a talking point when the challenges were initially filed. The period for comments has already commenced. Corporations, both for and non-profit, elected officials and federal agency operatives are not the stakeholders in America. We the People who patronize the businesses, donate to charities, vote legally, and have day-to-day dealings with administrative workers are the stakeholders in the United States. No one else.
