One Veteran, Robert Rosebrock and the Old Veterans Guard have held "Peaceful Protests" every Sunday for over 12 years and are providing large tents w/cots for those who had been sleeping on the sidewalk. All Veterans, Vet organizations, VA leadership, Military leadership, Legislative and Presidential leadership must take action to stop this disgraceful situation, NOW.
