"The fate of small business in Nazi Germany, therefore, points up a double moral for America: First, fascism in any of its forms – whether of the Nazi type or of the domestic variety – is a deadly enemy of small business; second, we must all of us – liberals and conservatives, labor and management, Democrats and Republican – devote increased attention toward bringing small business more fully into all phases of the war effort and toward planning for a strengthened small business structure after the war." (highlighting added)
"The trend of developments in Nazi Germany thus becomes clearer every day. Two groups divide among themselves the whole power of the people: the National Socialist Party and big business. It is they who control the fate of Germany and of occupied Europe." (p. 116)In today's America, similar trends are equally clear. The two groups that aim to "divide among themselves the power of the people" are the Democratic Party and the "woke" big businesses, many that have outsourced their manufacturing off-shore. More than a few to China. Standing with the Democratic Party and the internationalized businesses are the cartels of social media that control the memes and narratives routinely fed to the populace. They include: Facebook; Google; YouTube (Owned by Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google); Instagram and Twitter (owned by Meta, formerly Facebook); Facebook Messenger (owned by Facebook); WhatsApp (owned by Facebook); TikTok, known in China as Douyin (a video-sharing social networking service owned by the Chinese company ByteDance); Skype (a communication service owned by Microsoft); etc., with more likely to come. Today, social media outlets are the most effective and influential venues for accurate information and pure propaganda. Left out of the equation by the Democratic Party are small businesses, the middle class, and the fading family farms. It is into this environment of fundamentally transforming America, and the World, that the notion of The Great Reset has surfaced as the most recent rendition of the long-lived Utopian Dream for Humanity. What the Democratic Party – its leaders and supporters – don't get is that the Marxist mindset of The Great Reset would necessarily obviate their purpose for existing.
