If you had an IRS lien for $12 million filed against you in 2008, don't you think the government would have taken action by now? In this case, the Defendant has admitted to transferring his assets off shore to avoid paying taxes and other obligations. We all must pay our taxes or be severely penalized. Why has the U.S. Department of Justice (United States Attorney General Eric Holder) not taken action in this case for over three years?
