The G20 meets today in Asheville and Barbara Boyd frames the showdown over what wealth is: Scott Bessent pushing physical growth to conquer the debt mountain against central bankers who've run a Malthusian green-control regime since the 2008 bailouts.

Trump's answer is self-sufficiency--factories, supply chains, energy, and Chris Wright's nuclear shipping--while Lagarde and von der Leyen plot to "redirect" citizens' savings, what von der Leyen calls "lazy money," into the Ukraine war and the green transition.
