Trump administration officials outlined President Trump's tax reform plan Wednesday, calling for a plan meant to spur economic growth by lowering rates and aggressively cutting tax breaks. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn introduced the plan, which hews closely to Trump's campaign proposals but also stakes out new ground, in a media briefing at the White House.
