Why Now?

I am going to take a different view about the newly established Iran conflict. First and foremost, it is not yet a war. It is a military action to deny an Islamic regime, that has been threatening death to America and Israel for more than 47 years, the capability to carry out that threat. Contrary to most talking heads and many politicians who question why the seven Presidents before Trump did not take action, 2026 is very, very different.

Prior to 2024, the threat to América by Iran was largely an empty threat. Until 2024, the Iranian outlaw Islamic regime did not have the capability to directly do harm to America. In the last 10 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran did, in fact, develop the capability to do harm to Israel, and they exercised that capability on several occasions. Israel, with the help of America blunted the effects on Israel with the development of Israel’s Iron Dome air defense system.

So when the Islamic Republic of Iran shouted “Death to America,” the Big Satan and “Death to Israel,” the Little Satan, Presidents Carter, Reagan, GHW Bush, Clinton, GW Bush, Obama, Trump 1.0, Biden, and the world mostly laughed it off because Iran did not have the capability to carry out those threats. That changed in 2024, when the evil Iranian regime started shooting ballistic missiles at Israel. Ballistic missiles were the game changer, particularly when coupled with the Iranian nuclear weapons development program. When a nation threatens to kill you, it is your best interest to believe them and act accordingly.

In June 2025, President Trump and the Israelis sent a graphic and explosive message to the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran. They will not have a nuclear weapon, period! For decades the Islamist leaders of Iran held the western powers off with fruitless diplomatic efforts. This stalling tactic had, heretofore, worked so well. Even after the June 2025 bombings, the Iranian Ayatollah thought he could continue to “fool” President Trump, as he did with Obama and Biden. That was a fatal miscalculation on his part.

Now the provisional leadership of Iran is suggesting talks with the United States. Of course, there is no chance of that happening until the Islamic Republic of Iran stops shooting missiles at America’s bases in the Middle East including Israel. The pounding of the Iranian military and leadership will continue until the Iranian military lays down its arms and stops shooting missiles and drones all over the place.

I see no grievance with the Presidents before Trump not taking action. However, I do have a problem with our first Islamist President, Barack Obama, and his Vice-President and later President Joe Biden giving aid and comfort to the evil Islamic regime of Iran, as a sworn self-declared enemy of America. America giving money to Iran was insane.

I also have a bone to pick with the anti-American Socialist Democrat Party politicians who refuse to support Trump and America’s action in the Middle East. These two-faced, evil people are a bigger a threat to America than Iran is. They supported all the bombing Clinton, Obama, and Biden did, yet they try to call what Trump is doing “unconstitutional.” What idiots!

Today’s Democrat Party is really the anti-American Socialist Democrat Party who talk about the United States Constitution and yet refuse to abide by it. Most Americans are tripping to the reality that the Democrat Party is only selling cow pies, horse apples, and sheep pellets. The Democrat Party has become irrelevant and lying is no longer working except with their propaganda ministers in the mainstream media. Both are losing more credibility each day.

Prior to Friday February 27, 2026, Iran was an imminent threat to the United States of America, whether the anti-American Socialist Democrats admit it or not. As usual, the anti-American Socialist Democrats and their minions are on the wrong side of reality.
