Will Justin Trudeau ever be ready for the job of PM?

Yet more thoughtlessness

You really have to wonder how long it will take before Justin Trudeau learns that wisdom trumps impulsive bravado.

How many thoughtless public statements will he make before he understands that governing a nation transcends petty politics and that he has to take seriously the business and interests of all Canadians. How easily he could have avoided the foolish controversy he generated when he made his silly "resource versus resourcefulness" statement at the global economic forum in Davos, Switzerland. Is it really an "either or" issue, Justin? Are Canadians not known for both? What would have been wrong with supplementing our previous Prime Minister's praise of our natural resources with your praise of our ingenuity? By yet another thoughtless "blurt out" moment Trudeau managed to offend Western Canada, demean former Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and break Western political protocol in taking a "cheap shot" at a defeated Canadian opponent overseas. This is hardly nation building or bringing the country together. Trudeau vehemently criticized Stephen Harper for being divisive yet in three brief months as PM he is showing he is excelling in this negative art. Canadians are looking for leadership, not vain bravado, deeds and not empty rhetoric. Trudeau seems to be giving a lot of credence to the critics who questioned his readiness for the job. Will he ever be ready?
