SACRAMENTO, CA - The California Assembly approved a bill 50-18 that would ban counselors from providing counseling and adults from receiving counsel regarding unwanted same-sex attraction, behavior or gender confusion. The bill is so far reaching that it also prohibits printed material and even books. The bill was sent over to the state Senate for a vote.

Douglas V. Gibbs being interviewed by KMIR. Local Tea Party President Glenn Stull stands in the background holding the yellow sign..

On Tuesday Night, April 17, 2018, I arrived at the City of Beaumont’s City Hall at about 4:15 pm. The city council meeting was scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. I arrived with my very good friend, President of the Banning-Beaumont-Cherry Valley Tea Party, Glenn Stull. From a media point of view, the first on the scene was NBC KMIR out of Palm Springs, who interviewed both Glenn Stull, and I.

Stinking Fish Always Tell The Tale, Whether It’s Business Sabotage Or Dirty Politics
Bottom liner columnist Joan Swirsky was right on target when she referred to the “stinking fish factor” clinging to fired former FBI Director James Comey.

And she didn’t wait until all the players in the Russians-stole-the-election conspiracy were at each other’s throats to point the “stinking fish factor” out to readers.

Space—an Eternal Frontier

Space--an Eternal Frontier
From astronomers to futuristic dreamers, the inter-stellar space is the real frontier—for many centuries already.

Anyone who’s looking at the firmament on a clear summer night is likely to agree. There is a “world” of stars, planets, moons, galaxies, and a host of other—mostly unfathomable—objects out there. One can’t deny that.

I’m a “glass is half full” kinda guy, so I’m going to go ahead and view this as good news. Apparently, the combined power of the votes she didn’t get, states she ignored, and an electorate that couldn’t stand her wasn’t enough.

Gravy Chin
His name was Richard Mortis, but folks called him “Rigor” Mortis because, like a two-day-old corpse, he walked with robot stiffness, and when he stopped, nothing moved, except his Adam’s apple, which cycled constantly up and down his long, thin, bony neck.

Rudy Giuliani joins President Trump’s personal legal team, teases end of Mueller probe in ‘a week or two’
I sincerely believe that Democrats were sure Donald Trump would be – if not imprisoned – removed from office before the end of his first year as President. They were absolutely positive the “Russian collusion” narrative would bring about a swift end to his administration. Obviously, that hasn’t happened yet. Trump is still President, Dems are still foaming at the mouth, and with each passing day it looks more and more like their “bombshell investigation” is going nowhere.

Epic backfire! New book details Hillary campaign’s desire to promote and ‘maximize’ Trump as the GOP nom
Every time I’ve written about the field of 2016 Republican primary candidates, I’ve made the same point.  There may have been 17 hats in the ring, but only two people ever stood a chance of beating Hillary Clinton.  They were Donald Trump and Rand Paul.  Everyone else either had mountains of baggage or lacked the necessary je ne sais quoi to make it across the finish line.

Counter-Revolution In The Sanctuary State?
California’s grossly unconstitutional obstruction of federal immigration laws is feeding a growing backlash by local governments against the state’s unprecedented sanctuary laws that shield its 2.4 million illegal aliens from U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE).

Boost for Pompeo: Democrat Heidi Heitkamp says she’ll back his nomination as Secretary of State
It would be weird if the same guy who got more than 60 votes to confirm him as CIA director couldn’t get a single vote from the opposition party for Secretary of State, but we live in weird times.
