  • March 14 - Shortly before 3 am, a 26-year-old man was shot in the arm at the Guverment Nightclub and was taken to hospital. A short time later, two other men who were shot at the club showed up at Toronto hospitals. Police have no suspects.

  • March 9 - Around 8 pm a 36-year-old man was riding in the back seat of a cab when a silver car pulled up. A man in the car fired several shots into the rear of the cab, hitting the man in the head and torso. The incident happened in the Jane and Woolner area. The victim was taken to hospital and is expected to survive.

  • March 8 - Around 4:30 pm, a car riddled with bullet holes dropped a man off at Scarborough General Hospital. He had a bullet wound in his mouth. The car took off and police are looking for 4 men.

  • Feb 28 - Around 3 am, emergency personnel went to an area in the Kennedy Rd and Lawrence area of Scarborough after reports of gunshots. A man in his 20s who had been shot was taken to hospital where he later died. A second victim showed up at a Scarborough hospital after having been shot in the groin. Police are investigating.

  • Feb 27 - Shortly before 2 pm, a man was shot twice the leg. The shooting took place in the hallway of an apartment building on the East Mall in Etobicoke. Police are looking for suspects.

  • Feb 26 - Around 7pm, shots were fired in the area of Eglinton Ave W. and Keele St. When police arrived they found a man who had been shot behind the wheel of a BMW that was up against a building with the engine still running. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

  • Feb 23 - Around 1:15 pm, a 17-year-old boy was shot in the hip and pistol whipped on a TTC bus in the Oakwood and Vaughan Rd. area. Two older men knew the teen and a fight developed shortly after the 17-year-old boarded the bus. The teen is expected to survive and police are looking for the two men.

  • Feb 23 - Around 7 pm police received a call to go to an apartment building on Driftwood Ave in the Jane and Finch area. They found a 19-year-old man who had been shot in the chest. He was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital in critical condition and died a short time later. No arrests have been made.

  • Feb 10 - At 8:40 pm, police received a call to go to an apartment on Antrim Cresc in the Kennedy and 401 area of Scarborough. They found a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene and police are looking for up to 3 suspects.

  • Feb 1 - Around 8 am, 3 people were shot in the Lawrence and Weston Rd area. All three went to hospital; one man is in serious condition while another is in critical condition. A woman was grazed in the foot by a bullet. Police are looking for suspects.

  • Jan 26 - Around 8 pm, a 23-year-old man was walking along Denison Ave in the Jane and Eglinton area when he was the victim of a drive-by shooting. He was shot 6 times in the lower body and taken to hospital where he is expected to survive. Police are looking for 4 suspects.

  • Jan 24 - Around 8 pm while a uniformed police officer was pursuing a suspect who had attempted to rob a Beer Store, he was shot with a pellet shotgun. The officer was taken to hospital, treated and released. Two arrests were subsequently made.

  • Jan 24 - Around 3 am, shots were fired inside a nightclub in the Spadina and Queen St W area. A 20-year-old man was hit in the arm and thigh and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 21-year-old woman was hit in the face by shrapnel and was treated at the scene. Police are looking for suspects.

  • Jan 22 - Around 10 pm, a drive-by shooting took place on Highway 401 near Martin Grove. Two cars were hit; in one, a window was shattered and two men inside suffered minor injuries from flying glass. The car that contained the shooter hit a guardrail and the suspects bailed. Police are searching for the suspects.

  • Jan 22 - Around 10:45 am, three shots were fired on the platform of the Osgoode subway station. A 19-year-old man was hit in the stomach and thigh. He was taken to St. Michael's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police have a picture of the shooter that was retrieved from�a TTC�video surveillance camera and are looking for him. The University line was forced to close for a few hours.

  • Jan 20 - Shortly before 11 pm, police received a call reporting gunshots by a passenger on a TTC bus on Keele St. south of Eglinton. When they arrived they found a 19-year-old man with two gunshot wounds to the chest. The man was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital where he was pronounced dead. There have been no arrests.

  • Jan 20 - Shortly before 3 am a man was shot in the stomach in the Albion Rd and Martin Grove area of Etobicoke. He was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital with life threatening injuries and was later said to be stable. Police are looking for 3 suspects.

  • Jan 3 - Around 10:30 pm, residents of a quiet neighbourhood in the Leslie St and Lawrence Ave E area called police when an SUV appeared to be idling for a lengthy period of time. When police arrived they discovered a 34-year-old woman who was slumped in the seat, dead from a gunshot wound to the head. There have been no arrests.

  • Jan 3 - Around 2 am, the body of a man who had been shot to death was found in a restaurant on Milvan Dr in the Finch and Weston Rd area. Police are looking for more than one suspect.

  • Jan 1 - Around 5 am, a man was shot in the leg in the east end of Toronto. Police are unsure if this shooting is related to the others on Danforth Avenue.

  • Jan 1 - Shortly before 4 am, two men were shot at Paradise Sports and Billiards on Danforth Ave east of Pape. One man was shot in the back of the head and is in critical condition. The second was shot in the leg and has non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe the shootings took place in the course of a robbery.

  • Jan 1 - Around 1:30 am, a man was shot in the leg in the Renaissance Hotel in the Dixon Rd and Hwy 27 area. He was uncooperative with the police and no arrests have been made.
