Now that the arf-arsed, deceptively named Stimulus bill, provided by the PRO gang, as in Pelosi, Reid, Obama, has finally passed both houses of Congress, thanks to the efforts of three turncoat RINO Republicans, Collins and Snowe of Maine and Specter of Pennsylvania, we know that this is a massively pork-laden bill, despite the lies of all three of the PRO gang insisting that there was no pork (earmarks they call it) in the entire bill. At least NY Senator Charles Schumer admitted that there was the “teeniest” bit of pork, holding his thumb and forefinger about a sliver apart. But hey, we know that without lies, Congress could not operate. And now we find that Mr. Obama exercises in that sport as well.
If I had more room I could list at least TEN very largely funded pork additions without hesitation. But I will mention ONE heavily funded non-stimulus item of pure pork and that is the ONE BILLION dollars for Sexually Transmitted Diseases education programs. I wonder how many jobs that will create.
My purpose here today is to make known the very sincere dangers to senior citizens and their health in the coming years as a result of changes that the socialistic Mr. Obama has planned to remove you from being a government burden. The money saved can then be more easily redistributed to those people who never worked hard to save money for their medical needs as they aged. They just hold their hands out to the government and insist that they be taken care of.
Hey seniors, if you were depending on your liberal Democrat congressman to inform you about the changes in health care that is planned for you, you have another think coming. They just ‘ain’t gonna do it’; and the reason is that you will definitely not like what you would hear and take it out on them (correctly, I might add.)
As reported by ‘Americans for Prosperity’ in a recent article “Health Care Rationing and the Invasion of Your Privacy: It’s in the Stimulus Package”, hidden in the dark recesses of the monstrous spending bill disguised as a ‘stimulus’ bill are the first steps towards full-on health care socialism:

Government ownership and control of your medical records
“The package heavily funds the first steps towards the government-mandated rationing of health care and tramples your right to medical privacy.”
This is in no way shape or form a project to create jobs, so to label it as part of the ‘stimulus’ program is an outright lie. The only thing it stimulates is the hopes of all the uninsured people who have refused to pay for insurance to be getting free insurance on the backs of the elderly.
‘Americans for Prosperity’ (AFP) goes on to say, “Hiding a government takeover of health care in the stimulus bill is dishonest.
“When Americans had an open national debate on this issue in the 1990s, they decisively rejected socialized, government-run and -rationed care.
“With all the real challenges Americans face when it comes to health care, we deserve an open and honest debate. But if this so-called “stimulus” becomes law, that discussion will be over before it even starts. You and I won’t even have a chance to fight back.”
And so you see, now that the bill HAS passed through Congress and is on the way to Obama for an absolutely guaranteed signature of approval, we seniors are doomed to the mercies of care little, if any, doctors who will be bound up tightly by the socialistic demands of the liberal Democrats who have brought this upon us.

First, the government establishes massive new databases capturing American’s full medical records.
Then, bureaucrats read and analyze private medical information and use that to grant or deny treatment empowering bureaucrats to decide, which treatments are for you. If you are old, sick, or have conditions that are expensive, the government can deny treatment – even if you can afford to pay for it.
Doctors and hospitals that don’t participate in this new government health care scheme will face penalties, and eventually everyone will be forced into the system – whether your insurance is public or private.
Many U.S. Senators and members of Congress have no idea that these outrageous health care provisions are even in the bill. The PRO gang named above were in a great hurry to get this bill passed before everyone had a chance to really read it and perhaps then vote against it. Now that worry is past. The bill was approved by both houses of Congress and the only ones that are worried now are the senior citizens of America.
And I am one of them.

Gerald A. “Jerry” McConnell, 92, of Hampton, died Sunday, February 19, 2017, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, Mass., surrounded by his loved ones. He was born May 27, 1924 in Altoona, Pa., the fifth son of the late John E. and Grace (Fletcher) McConnell.
Jerry served ten years with the US Marine Corps and participated in the landing against Japanese Army on Guadalcanal and another ten years with the US Air Force. After moving to Hampton in 1957 he started his community activities serving in many capacities.
He shared 72 years of marriage with his wife Betty P. (Hamilton) McConnell. In addition to his wife, family members include nieces and nephews.
