Ferguson Charade is all but a travesty to our "rule of law" of the land and our Constitution

The Ferguson Charade

As the untimely events of Saturday, August 9th, unfolded in Ferguson, Missouri, claiming the life of 18-year-old Michael Brown, I was hoping and praying we would all be spared the racial merry-go-round we have all been subjected to in the past any time that a police officer kills a black teenager, while doing so in the line of duty.
But, then again, Ferguson is but an encrypted model, perversely adapted to a racially over-charged nation, which, for years now has Machiavellically thrived on such events as idyllically fit to further the racial divide now separating blacks and whites in our homeland, albeit an unrelenting propaganda machine assiduously attempting to assert that racial tensions in America are, as such, "a thing of the past", while precariously the exact opposite continues to prevail in a landscape of hate-filled racial separatism haplessly led by a few charlatans, calling themselves "Reverends", so as to conceal the true nature of their diabolic agendas under the term's aura of religious sanctity. The Ferguson Charade is a microcosmic version of the nation's broader adaptation with the only difference being the size of the universe. Ferguson is but a small subset of a United States plagued by racial divide; a United States relentlessly catering to left-wing provocateurs not given to mourn or grieve for the fallen but to agitate and inflame the worst of their kinfolk as a matter of faltering others for their own misdeeds and frailties. The ill-fated images of mobs looting, prowling, raiding and pilfering in the aftermath of the Brown incident, were, as expected, a disdainful show of anarchic lawlessness, serving only to disparage Mr. Brown's memory while giving 'whites' all the more reasons to discredit the perpetrators - a treasonous misperception serving only to mar the image of a majority of good black Americans; a testament, if you will, to the hypocritical outcries of the vengefully clamoring for peace and justice, while their deeds serve only to perpetuate a much divergent reality. To date, the Charade permissively allowed for egregious irregularities in an all-out effort by the provocateurs to distort the facts in such a manner as to suppress the truth and juxtapose the roles of the victim and the victimizer. To all black separatists, Mr. Brown was, as Trayvon Martin before him, a "harmless" teenager, the untimely casualty of a racially driven crime by whites. Police officer Darren Wilson shot to death Mr. Brown in a senseless act of police brutality, inspired by none-other than his hateful instincts against Mr. Brown's befitting stereotype of a black thug, or so they would want you to believe. All the while, as the agitators give way to a witch-hunt which would have had officer Wilson burned at the stakes if given the opportunity - a most opportunistic distraction to the public eye of the events which really took place.

Ferguson Charade is all but a travesty to our "rule of law" of the land and our Constitution

In short, the Ferguson Charade is all but a travesty to our "rule of law" of the land and our Constitution, the truth of the matter, whether we like it or not, is that crime amongst young black men in America is all but out of control. The sobering fact is that as many as 9,000 blacks are murdered annually in the United States. This chilling figure is accompanied by another equally sobering fact, that 93% of these murders are in fact perpetrated by other blacks. The fact is that America is beleaguered by an under-culture of black "thugs"; the byproduct of black ghettos nurturing crime, violence, drug abuse and, yes, bigotry. A culture where young blacks thrive on breaking the law; a culture where crime gives thugs a sense of identity; a false sense of pride; a culture where breaking the law earns the respect and reverence of peers; and, yes, a culture lending itself to white's stereotyping, profiling and fearing the members of these cultures. What we have in the end is a total breakdown in the value system resulting in incidents such as the Brown incident in Ferguson and others similar. The truth of the matter is that Michael Brown was, in fact, a black thug who, just minutes prior to his confrontation with police officer Wilson had committed "armed-robbery" in a nearby convenience store. The truth of the matter is that officer Wilson suffered severe facial injuries, and was nearly beaten unconscious by "harmless" Michael Brown moments before firing his gun - all recorded in a cell-phone of a passing by eyewitness. The truth of the matter is that Mr. Brown entered into an altercation with officer Wilson, as he [Brown] was trying to forcefully take Wilson's gun. In short, officer Wilson had no choice but to defend himself from Mr. Brown, as otherwise, we would all be mourning the death of yet another police officer, while in the line duty. I would not want to end this dissertation, without further reminding all my white fellow Americans that we are all as much to blame for everything that is now happening in terms of racial divide in the nation. I say for all the good that came out of the Civil Rights movement of the 1950's and Martin Luther King, there also came some "not-so-good". Somewhere along the line, in the transition from "oppressed blacks" to "liberated blacks", there were righteous concessions made by whites - concessions which led to a doctrine of appeasement and political correctness, which at times, has allowed for certain groups, associations, and individuals to defiantly over-reach and abuse their newly-gained freedoms as instrumental for their own self-advancement through the exploitation of racial divide - a conduct, which, has served well the perpetrators in their climb to seeking material gain, yet, as they continued to polarize the nation's racial tensions.

Pusillanimous positions taken in the Ferguson Charade by the coward governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon

Take for instance, the pusillanimous positions taken in the Ferguson Charade by the coward governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon. Mr. Nixon, rather than standing-up to defend an officer of his police force, instead, went out of his way to try and convict this officer in the court of public opinion, all for the sake of appeasing the agitators, telling them what they want to hear - a cowardly position which epitomizes the "white appeasement doctrine" made reference to in the foregoing paragraph. The governor's refusal, at first, to bring in the National Guard, in order to control and deter the rampant street disturbances by unruly mobs following the Brown incident, was, in and of itself, yet another display of Nixon's cowardice. Topping it all, however, was Mr. Nixon's public address to the nation, requesting that officer Wilson be brought to trial by a Grand Jury. I can only assume that Mr. Nixon's vested interests in his forthcoming re-election as governor of the state of Missouri, may have indeed affected his ability to discern as a lawyer, that due process of law by a Grand Jury must always be lawfully preceded by "probable cause". With all due respect, Mr. Nixon, we, the nation, your fellow white Americans, the non-apologists; we the watchful of our constitutional rights in America, believe there is no "probable cause" to bring Mr. Wilson to a Grand Jury, and, if you do bring Mr. Wilson to trial, sir, you would be, in fact, yielding the noble values willed to us by our forefathers, to a vengeful mob of incendiary bigots, paving the way for yet furthering an anarchic state, now well on its way to taking over in lieu of our traditional cannons of law. In short, I truly believe our nation finds itself, now, more than ever before, threatened by an ever imposing minority of black agitators and organizations, misrepresenting to the larger majority of good black Americans, their roles, portentously using their privileged position as spokespersons on behalf of the black universe to be uniting for the good of the majority, while in reality, they continue to fuel the fires of divide; continuing, if you will, to instigate, separate, and segregate a nation where the true majority of both races anxiously searches for ways, still, to mend their ridges; to cleanse the wounds of the past. I close my dissertation today by reminding everyone, that we all, blacks and whites alike, must share in some of the blame for the Ferguson Charade and for all that is racially wrong in our nation today. I begin by urging the Reverend(s) charlatans, to spend more time addressing your own black ghetto issues, your black on black crime, instead of spending so much time adding fuel to the fires of racial divide. I urge the majority of good black Americans to swiftly but austerely begin to replace some of your inciting leaders, charlatans, and divergently driven black associations for others genuinely driven to unite and mend the ridges that now separate the races. To replace the agitators and provocateurs for others who are not out just to seek and enhance their self advancement, entitlements or otherwise for their ultimate benefit as opposed to that of the vast majority of good black Americans. I urge my white fellow Americans to quit your doctrines of appeasement on racial issues that challenge the rule of law of the land, but yet continue to look for ways that seek for equality and justice of other minorities, black or otherwise. I urge my white fellow Americans to assist blacks in their quest to cure the prevailing evils now afflicting all black communities in America; the cleansing of black ghettos nurturing a culture of crime amongst young black Americans. We must, all in all, unite in an all out effort to making America a better place to live and raise our families; a place deserving of the peace willed to us by our forefathers - a place where we can rejoice; a place where we can forsake turning the death of young black man into a "Charade". May God bless us all, blacks and whites alike.
