ICJ signals United Nations could be on Genocide Watch

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has signalled that the United Nations could come under ICJ scrutiny if it fails to take any steps that could prevent genocide being committed in Gaza.

In a letter sent to South Africa and Israel by the ICJ on February 16, 2024:

“The Court notes that the most recent developments in the Gaza Strip, and in Rafah in particular, ‘would exponentially increase what is already a humanitarian nightmare with untold regional consequences’, as stated by the United Nations Secretary-General (Remarks to the General Assembly on priorities for 2024 (Feb. 7, 2024).”

Israel & Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine: Biden’s new solution?

Tresident Biden needs to urgently answer three questions following these remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast:

“... we are actively working for peace, security, dignity for the Israeli people and the Palestinian people. I’m engaged on this day and night and working, as many of you in this room are, to find the means to bring our hostages home, to ease the humanitarian crisis, and to bring peace to Gaza and Israel--an enduring peace with two states for two peoples”

ICJ: blanket media coverage--Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine: Nil

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling on emergency measures requested by South Africa in its genocide case against Israel has rightly received blanket media coverage--whilst the Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution (HKOPS) continues to receive virtually no media attention--notwithstanding its implementation could have avoided:

  • Gaza’s invasion of Israel on October 7, 2023
  • the ensuing Israel-Gaza War and
  • the ICJ becoming involved at all

Biden opens UN door to Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution

President Biden has seemingly indicated that he is now prepared to consider backing the normalization of relationships between Israel and Saudi Arabia--if both acknowledge they favour implementing any solution--other than Biden’s preferred two-state solution--to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

This breakthrough came when Biden stated:

“There are a number of types of two-state solutions. There’s a number of countries that are members of the U.N. that are still--don’t have their own militaries. Number of states that have limitations. And so I think there’s ways in which this could work.”

UN, PLO & Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine bury South Africa at ICJ

South Africa must substantiate that the “Palestinian people” constitutes a national, ethnical, racial or religious group under Article II of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention)--if its case against Israel in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is to get over its first hurdle.

UN silence on HKOPS helped Israel-Gaza War happen

The United Nations (UN) failure to mention the Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution (HKOPS) once in the 16 months after its publication on June 8, 2022 could have contributed to the Israel-Gaza War happening.

The UN failed to recognize the looming confrontation identified in this Report (my underlining):

“The head of the IDF intelligence unit that is charged with questioning IDF [Israel Defence Forces--ed] assessments and conceptions warned four times in the three weeks before Hamas’s October 7 onslaught that the Gaza ruling terror group could soon launch a confrontation, Channel 12 reports.

UN & NYT make bad choice burying Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine

Thomas Friedman--foreign affairs Opinion columnist at the New York Times (NYT)--could have well been passing judgement on the NYT, himself and the United Nations (UN) for their failure to mention the existence of the Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution (HKOPS) even once after its publication on June 8, 2022.

Biden recklessly pursues Friedman’s failed two-state solution

President Biden’s thinking continues to be extraordinarily influenced by New York Times (NYT) Foreign Affairs Opinion columnist Thomas Friedman.

On November, 14th Friedman advised Biden to:

articulate an American vision for how the Gaza war must end. That would require a Biden administration plan to create two states for two indigenous peoples living in the areas of Gaza, the West Bank and Israel.”

Biden: Forget Friedman & United Nations - focus on HKOPS

New York Times Foreign Affairs Opinion Columnist –Thomas Friedman - has offered President Biden some appalling advice in his latest op-ed – suggesting Biden:

articulate an American vision for how the Gaza war must end. That would require a Biden administration plan to create two states for two indigenous peoples living in the areas of Gaza, the West Bank and Israel.”

I’m not signing Australian lawyers’ open letter concerning Gaza

1012 Australian barristers, lawyers and legal academics have so far signed a nine-page letter--including 89 footnotes (Australian Letter)--requesting Australia use its influence to secure a ceasefire in Gaza and the West Bank--which I won’t be signing.

The Australian Letter dated November 3, 2023 acknowledges it is based on a similar letter signed by English lawyers dated October 23, 2023 (English Letter).

UN non-support for Israel spawns worldwide network of Jew-haters

An organised international Jew-haters network has been unleashed following the failure of the United Nations (UN) to cooperate with Israel by evacuating Gaza’s children, women, the sick and the elderly to safe havens outside Gaza to enable Israel to quickly hunt down and kill those monsters in Gaza responsible for the horrific massacre in Israel of 1400 civilians and abducting over 200 as hostages on October 7.

UN and OIC refuse to cooperate with Israel

The Executive Committee of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) meeting held on October 18, 2023 “to discuss the ongoing Israeli military aggression against the Palestinian people” marks a shameful and disturbing new low point in Islamic-Christian-Jewish relations.

The OIC brands itself as:

Biden changes stance on adopting UN two-state solution

President Biden has seemingly changed his mind following the horrific Simchat Torah massacre and hostage-taking in Israel on October 7th.

Addressing the Nation--Biden declared:

“And as I said in Israel: As hard as it is, we cannot give up on peace.  We cannot give up on a two-state solution.”

The United Nations owes the Jewish People

The horrific slaughter of more than 1300 civilians in Israel with more than 150 being taken as hostages to Gaza--has seen expressions of outrage, sympathy and support for Israel from many nations. However many of the world’s 193 nations have been silent to their eternal shame.

Rejecting HKOPS sees world unleash a monster

I am writing this article in total despair as the Simchat Torah War--started when a large number of bloodthirsty armed Gazan-Arab Jew-haters crossed from Gaza unchallenged into Israel on a Jewish Sabbath and special joyous Festival Day--slaughtering hundreds of innocent Israeli civilians in an orgy of murder and destruction.

Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine to displace Arab Peace Initiative

The fall from grace of the failed two-state solution proposed by the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative and its replacement with the 2022 Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution has left United Nations (UN) and European Union (EU) policies in total disarray.

On September 18, 2023--High Representative/Vice-President of the EU--Josep Borrell--faced the media--after what was termed a ‘Peace Day Effort’ Ministerial-level meeting held on the sidelines of the Annual Meeting of the UN General Assembly--to report:
